PHOENIX – Today Gov. Katie Hobbs wrapped up her Arizona First Tour. She headed to Tucson to launch a canvass, visited the New York Pizza Department to learn how Washington’s misguided policies are affecting local operations, and hosted a 100 Days Out rally bringing together close to 700 supporters as she gears up for the general election.
Katie kicked off her day at a Copper State Victory canvass launch and rallied volunteers and organizers for the coordinated campaign’s first weekend of action in the general election.
Katie stopped by the New York Pizza Department in Tucson, where she learned to make pizza and heard directly from the owner of this restaurant about how rising costs driven by Washington, D.C. policies — including tariffs on tomatoes and other essential ingredients — have affected their day-to-day operations and their ability to thrive.
With 100 days remaining until the general election, Katie rallied close to 700 supporters, alongside Senator Mark Kelly, former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, Congresswoman Adelita Grijalva, Mayor Regina Romero, and CD6 candidate JoAnna Mendoza, and delivered her message of lowering costs and putting Arizona families first.
