Katie Hobbs To Kick Off Arizona First Tour, Meeting With Working Families and Small Businesses

Wednesday, July 22, 2026

PHOENIX  Today, Gov. Katie Hobbs launched her Arizona First tour, criss-crossing the state to speak directly with Arizonans who keep our state running, listen to their concerns, and talk about how she’s delivered on the issues that matter most to their families and communities.

The tour will take Hobbs to Gilbert, Prescott, Yuma, Scottsdale, Sierra Vista, Tucson, and additional communities, where she will hear directly from Arizonans about the challenges they’re facing because of Washington’s cost-hiking agenda, highlight her work to lower costs and strengthen Arizona’s economy, and discuss what’s at stake in this year’s election.

“Arizonans deserve a governor who shows up, listens, and fights for them,” said Katie Hobbs. “That’s why I’m traveling across our state to meet with working families, small business owners, and community leaders in every corner of Arizona. Every day, I’m focused on lowering costs and delivering real results for Arizona families. I’ll always fight for Arizona first—not for Washington’s cost-hiking agenda.”

Over the next five days, Hobbs will travel over a thousand miles across Arizona, meeting with farmers, small business owners, healthcare providers, and working families in communities across the state. The Arizona First Tour is a continuation of the Arizona First Tour Katie embarked on in November and reflects her continued commitment to showing up, listening to Arizonans’ concerns firsthand, and continuing to fight for lower costs and greater opportunity for every Arizona family.
