PHOENIX – Today, former Republican Mesa Mayor John Giles announced his endorsement of Gov. Katie Hobbs for re-election, citing her bipartisan leadership and proven record of bringing people together to deliver results for Arizona.
While the GOP gubernatorial primary is a chaotic race to the bottom, Katie is putting Arizonans over party, working with and garnering support from across the political spectrum.

“I’ve spent my entire career focused on one thing: getting results. Real leadership means bringing people together to solve problems. After years in Washington, Andy Biggs has become part of the problem. He’s too focused on hyper partisan politics instead of delivering for Arizona,” said former Republican Mayor John Giles. “Katie Hobbs is different. She’s demonstrated that real leadership is about working across the aisle, bringing people together and delivering results, whether it’s cutting taxes, lowering costs, or securing the border. That’s why I’m endorsing Katie for governor. She will always put Arizona over partisan politics.”

This endorsement comes as Katie Hobbs continues to build momentum, outraising every other gubernatorial candidate for five consecutive quarters. As governor, Katie Hobbs has a strong track record of working across the aisle to get things done for Arizonans. She has signed over 800 pieces of bipartisan legislation into law and negotiated four bipartisan, balanced budgets that cut taxes for working families.
