PHOENIX – Today, Gov. Katie Hobbs returned to her alma mater, Arizona State University, to cast her ballot in the 2026 Arizona primary election. Back on the campus where she earned her degree in social work, Hobbs encouraged students and young voters to participate in the election and underscored the importance of electing leaders who will lower costs and always put Arizona first.“I was here to drop off my early ballot, and I came to ASU because I’m an alum. I grew up in Tempe, so it’s always good to be back on campus, and it was fun to vote with these young Dems that are here,” said Katie Hobbs. “This is the time to make your voice heard and decide who’s going to show up on the ballot this November. We have a choice in front of us this November between delivering for Arizonans and Washington’s chaos, and I’m going to keep working to deliver for Arizonans.”
