FLAGSTAFF – Today, on National Voter Registration Day, Gov. Katie Hobbs and her running mate, former Mesa Mayor John Giles, rallied students across Arizona college campuses. Katie traveled to Flagstaff for a meet and greet event with the NAU College Democrats and launched her Students for Katie coalition, and John headed over to Tempe to visit Keep Arizona Blue’s Student Coalition at their ASU campus voter registration drive.
Katie headed north to Flagstaff for a meet and greet at her alma mater with the NAU College Democrats and spoke about the importance of voter registration. She also announced the launch of her Students for Katie coalition, a coalition of Arizona students stepping up to organize across college campuses for the Hobbs-Giles ticket.
John stopped by the Keep Arizona Blue Student Coalition’s voter registration drive on the ASU Tempe campus, dropped off donuts to show his appreciation for Keep AZ Blue and other student organizers, and spoke with them about the importance of their work.
