ICYMI: Katie Hobbs Makes Case To Voters On Good Morning America
Hobbs discusses her plans for securing the border, standing up to election deniers like Kari Lake, and meeting the voters where they are
PHOENIX – Secretary of State and Democratic nominee for governor Katie Hobbs was featured on ABC’s Good Morning America to provide an in-depth look at how she will stand up for Arizonans as she always has as Secretary of State and in her race for governor.
“When people like Kari Lake did everything they could to challenge the election results and try to overturn the will of the voters, I stood firm. And I continue to stand firm,” Hobbs said. “I have stood up to this bully [Kari Lake] for the last 2 years and Arizonans have seen that, and I’m going to continue to do that.”
Hobbs also called out the political stunts that Governor Ducey has pulled, like filling gaps in the border wall with shipping containers, and vowed to bring real leadership to the Ninth Floor. Hobbs called for real, effective solutions and urged cooperation on both sides of the aisle to meet our border security needs.
