PHOENIX – Today, Gov. Katie Hobbs launched a new ad, âLived It,â airing on television, radio, and digital platforms as part of her reelection campaign focused on lowering costs and fighting for working families across Arizona. The new ad is part of a multi-million-dollar buy that began in May in media markets across the state and is reaching Arizonans in English and Spanish.
âLived Itâ highlights how Katie Hobbsâ working-class background â from driving for Uber to working fast food to pay for school â gives her a firsthand understanding of the challenges Arizona families face. The ad shows how her experience has shaped her priorities as governor, from expanding school meals and educational opportunities to reducing utility bills and lowering the cost of housing.Â
âFrom driving for Uber to working in fast food, Katie Hobbs knows the challenges working families face because she has experienced them herself,â said Michael Beyer, Communications Director for Elect Katie Hobbs. âThat’s why Katie has remained committed to lowering costs for Arizonans, expanding access to school meals and scholarships, slashing utility bills, and making housing more affordable. No matter what chaotic, cost-hiking policies come out of Washington, Katie will always fight to make it easier for Arizonans to get ahead.âÂ
