Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo Endorses Katie Hobbs for Governor

PHOENIX—Today, Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo (District 5) endorsed Secretary Hobbs for Governor.

“Secretary Hobbs is a proven leader who has stood up for what’s right her whole career, and has shown courage in the face of serious challenges,” said Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo. “I am proud to support her run for governor because I know that she will fight for Arizonans, serve with integrity and honesty, and always do what is right.”

Supervisor Gallardo is a fourth generation Arizonan, and formerly served in the state legislature, on the Cartwright Elementary School Governing Board, and the Phoenix Union High School Board.

During his career, he has been a strong advocate for voting rights, and has spent his life working to make government work for the people, and is looking forward to continuing this work with Katie Hobbs when she is elected governor.
