PHOENIX – Today, Gov. Katie Hobbs announced the endorsements of Congressman Greg Stanton and Congresswoman Yassamin Ansari for her re-election in 2026.
“Katie Hobbs has proven time and again that she gets results for Arizona families,” said Congressman Greg Stanton. “I’ve spent my career working to get things done for Arizonans—and I see that same tireless commitment in Katie. She understands what Arizonans need, and she leads with integrity, vision, and a focus on real solutions. I’m proud to support her re-election.”

This announcement builds on Katie Hobbs’ growing momentum, having already secured the backing of Senator Mark Kelly, former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, Senator Ruben Gallego, the Arizona AFL-CIO, EMILYs List, and having outraised every other gubernatorial candidate for two consecutive quarters.
Katie Hobbs has filed her statement of interest and has begun collecting signatures to get on the ballot in 2026. Registered Independent and Democratic voters in Arizona can sign the petition and get involved at katiehobbs.org/petition.
